Iota Phi Lambda Sorority has three auxiliary programs: Future Iota Leader, Pelatis, and Men of Iota.

Beta Delta currently has two of the three Iota Phi Lambda Sorority Auxiliaries, Future Iota Leaders (FIL)  and Men of Iota (MOI) activated.

FIL are girls and boys (ages 8-20) that are mentored by members of the Iota family.  Our FIL programs provide leadership opportunities, socialization and community service opportunities for youth, and encourage them to realize their potential to the fullest.

The MOI provide support to programs and projects of the chapter. It includes husbands, significant others, and relatives of Sorors who embrace the Sorority’s national, regional and local chapter programs.
